Asset Tracing
A judgment is worth what you can collect on it. We find what exists, across three jurisdictions at once.
A client arrives with a seven-million judgment and a debtor who declares he owns nothing. The question is never whether assets exist — it is where they are registered and in whose name.
The work is a composite of public registries, land records, corporate filings in three countries, court files and field verification. Much of it is entirely public — it is simply not in one place, and not in one language.
We work only through lawful channels. There are no bank records bought from a data broker, and no finding we cannot explain the provenance of. Evidence whose origin cannot be explained is evidence that will be excluded — and sometimes takes the case with it.

How it runs
Map
Who the entity actually is: corporate filings, shareholders, directors and historical addresses.
Registries
Land, vehicles, vessels, trade marks and court files — in every relevant jurisdiction.
Field
What the registry does not know: who lives there, who drives the car, what is in the garage.
Quantify
Value against encumbrances. The net collectable figure, not the registered one.
