Litigation Support
Working alongside law firms: obtaining the evidence, locating the witness, and preparing the file before the hearing.
Counsel knows what has to be proved. What is usually missing is who will go and get it — who locates the witness who moved six years ago, who obtains the filing from the Cyprus registry, and who documents it so that it is admissible.
We work under attorney–client privilege, at the firm's direction, and to the pace of the litigation calendar. The difference between useful evidence and worthless evidence is usually about two weeks.
We also work the other direction: examining the opposing party's material. An expert opinion resting on a wrong figure, a witness who testified differently in an earlier proceeding, a document whose metadata contradicts its date — these are found by systematic reading, not by luck.
